Short Term Rental Properties in Perth
Perth is the capital of Western Australia. A state that has some of the world’s
best beaches and is famous for it’s adrenaline pumping outdoor lifestyle.
Perth is a modern city located on the Swan River with the Aqua blue waters of
the Indian Ocean on its western border and the Darling ranges on its eastern
border. To compliment Perth’s outdoor lifestyle the city also has a diversified
range of high quality cuisine restaurants, Wineries, and night spots providing
entertainment from “A” list entertainers and celebrities.
Certainly in 2000 when my husband and I relocated to Perth, we thought we
were on holiday even after having been here for 6 months. Today, looking out
over the Indian Ocean whilst preparing the evening meal, it still feels like we’re
permanently on holiday. It is a fantastic feeling.
As you can tell my Husband and I love our life in Perth. Perth is a very easy
place to settle Down-under. Its sunny Mediterranean climate allows for all
sorts of outdoor activities and endless clean beaches. Perth has many fine
cuisine and casual restaurants that make dining out a pleasure as well as
accommodation to suit every budget. In addition to that Perth has a world-
class public transport system that makes traveling into the city very easy.
One of things we found when we relocated here was that there was a lack of
furnished short-term accommodation where we could have the comfort of our
own house or apartment. The only alternative was Hotels, B&B’s or Motels
until we found our permanent home. Therefore, as this is something that most
new arrivals to this city require for a couple of weeks to a few months, we
decided to offer our services of fully furnished self contained accommodation
in suburbs that offered access to facilities such as good schools, shops,
public transport and tourist attractions (for those on holidays).
Thus Relocate Rentals Perth was “born”. We currently have 19 furnished
properties located in the northern Perth suburbs of Quinns Rocks, Merriwa,
Clarkson/Somerly, Burns Beach, Connolly, Joondalup (second CBD of Perth),
Craigie and Ellenbrook and in the south, Secret Harbour, near Madurah and
Rockingham. Our furnished rentals range from 2 bedroom x 2 bathroom
apartments to 5 bedroom x 2 bathroom houses/townhouses, some with ocean
views and 500 metres from the beach and some walking distance to the
nearest train station.
Each property is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, dishwasher,
washing machine, TV, DVD player and radio/cd player, land line with ADSL
broadband and all linen and bath towels provided and basic supplies and a
bottle of Australian wine for your arrival. With all the comforts of home, our
properties help you to settle into Perth in those early weeks of your arrival
until you find your more permanent home.
